Burberry designed about 40 exclusive pieces for its spring capsule collection with Barneys New York.

Burberry XO Barneys New York will be available starting Monday, Feb. 9 in Barneys stores in New York and Beverly Hills, as well as online.

"This is coming from the top," Tom Kalenderian, executive vice president of men's wear for Barneys, told WWD. "Christopher Bailey [Burberry's chief creative and chief executive officer] put together a collection tailored to our clients. We've always had a very special relationship with Burberry and have carried Prorsum since its inception. So this became a passion project."
