One of the biggest moments during the Oscars Sunday night was when Patricia Arquette accepted the award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the coming-of-age film "Boyhood." The 46-year-old actress used her acceptance speech time to advocate for equal pay for women.

"To every woman who gave birth to every tax payer and citizen of this nation, we have fought for everybody else's equal rights," she said in her speech. "It's our time to have wage equality once and for all, and equal rights for women in the United States of America."
