The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has joined hands with the Innovation Club of the India Fashion Forum (IFF) to conduct a certification programme for fashion professionals at the 15th annual mega congregation of the IFF scheduled from the18th to the 20th of March, 2015 in Mumbai.

Announcing the programme, Prem Kumar Gera, director general of NIFT, said, “It’s a challenging time for design and merchandising professionals in the business as the consumer shopping for fashion has undergone a dramatic transformation. Understanding of changing shopping patterns, perceptions, price points, POS attractions, delivery models and new fashion cycles are important to create trend-ahead and viable fashion for the evolving customers.”
